"Safety and comfort first." I would like to thank you for a wonderful day. It started off a bit scary with bad weather looming. What impressed me the most was the attention to safety. The young lady that was in charge of our trip phoned me at 7:00 am to tell me we may have to cancel or postpone our trip. She said she would check all local sources to confirm that it was a safe day for sailing. She did her due diligence and called me back to let me know the waters would be rougher than a normal day but that the day would be safe for sailing. She then gave me the opportunity to cancel at no cost to me. This totally impressed me. She was not worried about lost revenue. She was more worried about customer satisfaction. This professional attitude in itself makes Paradise Catamarans the top of my list for future bookings. Oh and the trip? What a day. Started off exactly as warned, a bit choppy on the way out, a bit rough snorkeling but liveable. The ground excursion for lunch was fabulous, the food top notch, the open bar and return sail were incredible! Our tour guide Arturo and the on board staff were fabulous. The bus transportation was clean and safe. Transport to lunch was an adventure in itself. All the time safety and comfort first. I would not book with anyone but Paradise Catamarans in the future. We understand your apprehension. Making a reservation with an unknown company in a far-away location requires a leap of faith. We're here to do everything possible to address your concerns, starting with the most important questions: What is your safety record? Safety is our top priority. Our tours are generally smaller than those operated by the cruise ships and our staff is highly professional. At minimum, each of our snorkel guides is certified in rescue diving and most are full-fledged divemasters. They have also received extensive training in first aid, including CPR. We keep our first aid kit well stocked and carry oxygen on board. How big is your catamaran? The Paso Doble is considered a mid-size catamaran, measuring 46 feet in length. Our boat can comfortably accommodate 50 passengers, plus our crew. Many of the catamarans that sail the Mexican Caribbean are large-size vessels, with capacity for 100 or more passengers. We feel that the size of the Paso Doble offers a more intimate setting and allows us to hold our prices down.
