Question: How do we find Paradise Catamarans once we arrive in Calica (or Playa del Carmen)?

Answer: Cruise ship passengers will arrive at either the dock in Calica or the ferry pier at Playa del Carmen. In either case, we will meet you to escort you to our launch site. To find us, look for the Paradise Catamarans logo.

For hotel guests staying in the Playa del Carmen area, we offer transportation from leading hotels and resorts in the area. (During the checkout process, you will be asked to select your hotel or resort from a pulldown menu.)

Otherwise, you can meet us at the marina in Puerto Aventuras. If you're driving from Playa del Carmen or Cancun, head south on Highway 307 to Tulum and Chetumal until you reach Puerto Aventuras. Go straight through the main gate until you come to the marina, then turn right to the OMNI Hotel. We are on the water, across the street from the OMNI and in front of the Dolphin Discovery center. Parking is widely available.
