Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: You will need to pay a deposit to make a reservation. You may make a credit card payment through our secure online transaction system using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. If you reserve far enough in advance, you have the option of paying for your deposit by check.

The balance of your tour must be paid in cash with US dollars or Mexican pesos in Playa del Carmen.

We do not have the capacity to process credit cards at the tour departure point. If you wish to pay your balance in advance by credit card, we can email you instructions that will enable you to make a payment through our secure online transaction system.
